Certified Medication Technician (CMT) | Full‑Time & Part‑Time | 2 PM – 10 PM at Ridgewood Terrace a Concord Health Systems facility – Madisonville, Kentucky

Ridgewood Terrace, part of Concord Health Systems, is hiring one Full-Time CMT and one Part-Time CMT for our 2 PM–10 PM shift.

Our Certified Medication Technicians support our residents by safely administering medications, assisting with daily care needs, and supporting our nursing team. This role is essential to maintaining high-quality care and a positive, respectful environment.

• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Document medication administration according to facility and state requirements
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse
• Provide resident-focused support and assist with ADLs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, supportive care environment
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members

• Current CMT certification (Kentucky or eligible)
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Professional, respectful communication
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and CNAs
• Reliable and consistent attendance

• Full-Time CMT – 2 PM to 10 PM
