Description:

Pilatus is hiring a Warranty Programs Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for all activities associated with the management of Pilatus warranty claims and CrystalCare claims from the Authorized Service Center network and Direct Customers in the Americas. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Activates warranty coverage for new aircraft (Pilatus and all vendors)
  • Processes Warranty claims in a timely manner following the policies and procedures of Pilatus Aircraft
  • Works directly with Service Centers and customers to resolve discrepancies in warranty reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Reconciles outstanding claims with Rotables, Technical Support, Service Centers, and Customers
  • Acts as a liaison with Service Center personnel and other Pilatus departments to administer warranty and other technical requests
  • Coordinates one-off repair work for aftermarket/Post Delivery warranty claims
  • Assists in training Service Center Warranty Administrators in claim processing and Pilatus Policies and Procedures
  • Tracks rotable components removed under warranty to ensure core is returned

Other Duties/Responsibilities

  • Works with other departments on special projects requiring warranty data
  • Keeps abreast of compliance requirements of all Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives
  • Assists with review and reconciliation of CrystalCare contracts and invoices
  • Assists other Customer Relations work groups on tasks as needed
  • Develops, maintains, and enforces procedures related to warranty
  • Identifies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measurement of various Warranty metrics
Requirements:

Skills/Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in aviation
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation
  • Previous experience administering warranty programs preferred
  • Professional manner, excellent oral/written communication, and customer service skills essential
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional software; working knowledge of Quantum, Power BI, and Crystal Reports a plus

The salary range for this position is $57,463 - 77,895 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Pilatus’ 118,000 square foot facility is custom-designed to conduct aircraft interior and exterior completions for all PC-12 PRO and PC-24 aircraft delivering to North and South America.
