Remote Research Lead - Consulting
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Research Consulting Lead - REMOTE. This role is a critical component of the transformation team, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the patient and associate experiences within pharmacy services. Utilizing qualitative research and service design methods, this position aims to uncover unmet patient needs and foster improvements in operational efficiency. By translating insights into actionable strategies, this role will significantly influence medication adherence and patient engagement. Overall, it involves a blend of strategic consulting and hands-on teamwork to elevate pharmacy journeys.
Accountabilities- Conduct qualitative research to synthesize insights from multiple sources.
- Map end-to-end pharmacy journeys and identify key patient experience moments.
- Analyze and diagnose root causes of pharmacy experience challenges.
- Lead the development of improved pharmacy journeys.
- Align journey improvements with organizational priorities and validate interventions.
- Facilitate teamwork among cross-functional groups to implement experience enhancements.
- 8 years of experience in experience strategy, research consulting, or service design.
- Bachelor's degree in social science, industrial design, or health-related fields.
- Strong qualitative research and synthesis abilities.
- Experience analyzing and improving complex patient journeys.
- Ability to influence and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in design thinking and iterative design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
