HR Operations & Process Management

• Own and continuously improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
• Partner with HR leadership to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Support and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging new hire experience
• Partner with Talent & Onboarding Specialist to coordinate preboarding, documentation, and system setup
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and new hire ramp-up

HR Systems & Reporting

• Maintain and support HRIS (Paylocity experience preferred but not required)
• Generate and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance tracking, etc.)
• Provide data insights to support business and HR decision-making

Compliance & Risk Mitigation

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and documentation management
• Partner with HR leadership and Legal to proactively identify and mitigate risk

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams as needed
• Support HR initiatives, projects, and process rollouts
• Act as a trusted operational partner to ensure consistency and follow-through

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
• Experience working with an HRIS (Paylocity a plus, not required)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data management
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner across functions
