Server at Pine Hollow Club – New York, New York

Pine Hollow Club is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming club season. If you enjoy creating great guest experiences, working in a beautiful club environment, and being part of a supportive team, we would love to meet you.

Our servers play an important role in delivering the high level of hospitality that Pine Hollow members expect. This position supports dining service throughout the club, including à la carte dining, events, the pool area, and other club outlets.

This is a great opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy fast-paced service, teamwork, and building relationships with members and their guests.

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you will help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our members and their guests.

Member Service

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service
• Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages according to club service standards
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs to ensure a seamless dining experience

Dining Room Service

• Maintain assigned tables and service areas throughout the shift
• Clear, reset, and prepare tables efficiently
• Assist with beverage service including water, coffee, wine, and cocktails
• Complete side work and help maintain a clean and organized dining room

Events & Banquets

• Assist with event service including plated meals, buffets, and beverage service
• Help with banquet setup and breakdown as needed
• Support the team during club events and busy service periods

Teamwork

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service
• Communicate member feedback or service concerns to management
• Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Must meet the legal age requirements to serve alcohol in New York State

Schedule

• Seasonal employment April through November
• Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hours may vary depending on club events and seasonal demand

Seasonal Employment Information

This is a seasonal position aligned with the Pine Hollow Club operating season from April through November.

Because of the seasonal nature of the role, this position is not eligible for paid time off or company benefits.
