This role offers the opportunity to shape the commercial strategy and operations of a high-growth organization by defining pricing, packaging, and value-based selling frameworks that directly impact revenue, margin, and customer outcomes. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and GTM Operations to ensure scalable, repeatable, and market-aligned offerings. This position combines strategic thinking, financial modeling expertise, and hands-on execution in a highly cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate thrives in customer-facing and executive-level interactions, excels at simplifying complex financial insights, and enjoys building frameworks that drive measurable business results. You will lead initiatives that optimize pricing strategies, deal governance, and commercial processes while enabling teams to maximize revenue and value delivery.
- Develop and scale the company’s Pricing and Packaging framework, maintaining the master product catalog
- Build executive-ready business cases and financial models that translate customer outcomes and ROI into compelling deal narratives
- Perform competitive and market analysis to guide long-range planning, product differentiation, and pricing strategies
- Define pricing guardrails, discounting policies, approval frameworks, and governance processes to protect margin and enable sales velocity
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to shape deal strategies, scenario-based pricing approaches, and value-led GTM motions
- Lead initiatives to implement value-based selling programs, tools, and methodologies across the GTM organization
- Analyze pricing performance, discount trends, win/loss data, and margin outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Oversee complex deal processes, including multi-year agreements, bundling, exceptions, and contract deviations
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue strategy, commercial operations, or finance, preferably in SaaS, technology, or services-led businesses
- Advanced financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, pivot modeling, and executive-level PowerPoint development
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, cloud/AI technologies, and enterprise deal structures
- Strong business acumen and experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV) and value-based commercial models
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience operationalizing pricing in CRM/CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and leading enterprise-wide initiatives
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, CFA or PMP certification, experience in healthcare/regulated markets, and prior leadership of pricing or business value functions
