Job Description
We are currently looking to add a new member to our team at Street Sushi Wholesale in Ballina, NSW 2478. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to take on the role of Delivery Driver / Kitchen Hand on a casual basis.
As a Delivery Driver / Kitchen Hand, you will be an integral part of our operation, responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of our delicious sushi products to our valued customers. You will also assist in the kitchen with food preparation, packaging, and other tasks as needed to support the day-to-day operations of our business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. You must have excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are also essential.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Safely and efficiently delivering orders to customers within specified timeframes
- Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation, packaging, and cleaning
- Following all food safety and handling procedures to maintain a high standard of quality
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts starting from 5am
