Overview:The Janitor plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that all restrooms, break areas, storage rooms, and other common areas remain clean, sanitized, and free of obstructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, storage rooms, and other shared spaces.

Empty trash cans in offices and production/laundry workstations.

Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supplies.

Report any equipment malfunctions or supply issues to the team lead or management.

Participate in training and feedback sessions to support ongoing improvement.

Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the JFW Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or facilities experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining JFW’s standards of cleanliness and safety.
