The Nursing Technician Trainee Program at Northwest Hospital is a paid, full-time training opportunity designed to prepare individuals for a career in patient care. Offered in partnership with the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), the program provides a structured blend of classroom instruction, hands-on skills lab training, and supervised clinical experience. Trainees work under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff to learn how to deliver safe, compassionate, and effective care to hospitalized patients.Upon successful completion of the program and certification exam, participants will be prepared for placement into available Nursing Technician positions at Northwest Hospital.

Education: High School diploma or GED required

Credentials: BLS (AHA) with 30 days of the program start
