Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Software Systems Engineer to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency isDefense Logistics Agency
• Provides systems engineering support for A2R implementation by contributing to the design, integration, and validation of asset lifecycle systems and data flows.
• Supports development and testing of interfaces, asset data processing, and automation components to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support analysis and design of A2R-related systems and integrations
• Assistin implementing asset lifecycle interfaces and data flows.
• Assistin implementing integrations between EBS and external systems (ELMS/DPAS).
• Develop and supportRICE-FW components (interfaces, conversions, reports).
• Assistinautomation of capitalization and asset accounting processes.
• Performdata validation,reconciliation checks, andintegrationsupport across systems.
• Identifyand resolvedata inconsistenciesas well as interface and processing issues.
• SupportDevelopment Integration Testing (DIT),System Integration Testing (SIT), andUser Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Contribute totechnical documentation, interface control documents (ICDs), and data mapping artifacts.
• Collaborate with functional teams to align solutions with A2R process requirements.

Requirements:

• Must possess an active DOD Secret Clearance.(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Musteight (8) years of experience in systems engineering or software development.
• Relevant certificationrequired.
• Experience with web applications, XML, XSD, and database technologies.
• Experience withSystem integrations and data processing workflows.
• Familiarity withOracle EBS or similar ERP systemsexecutingasset or financial data processing concepts.
• Experience supportingdata validation, reconciliation, and system testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Exposure toOracle Projects, Fixed Assets, or Inventory modules.  
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle processes (A2R, CIP/WIP). 
• Experience with BI/reporting tools for asset analytics.
• Basic understanding of audit readiness, valuation, and completeness controls.
