Summers Rubber Company, a division of Singer Industrial, is seeking a skilled Welder to support the production of custom industrial products and assemblies. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality solutions to customers across a range of industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and durability
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup and safety practices
  • Collaborate with warehouse and fabrication teams to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with other fabrication or warehouse tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and industrial materials
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
