Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Camp Counselor / Coach Interns for weeklong paid internships across Connecticut and nearby New York locations.

This is a great opportunity for high school orcollege students, student-athletes, and aspiring coaches to gain hands-on experience in youth development, leadership, and sports coaching.

What Youll Do

• Assist with baseball and softball drills, games, and daily camp activities
• Work with campers in small groups by age and skill level
• Help create a safe, engaging, and positive camp environment
• Support camper development, teamwork, and confidence
• Learn coaching techniques from experienced staff
• Participate in team meetings and receive daily feedback

Qualifications

• Must be available for at least required weeks listed above
• Experience working with kids (camp, coaching, babysitting, tutoring, etc.) preferred
• Interest in sports, coaching, or youth development
• Energetic, responsible, and team-oriented

Internship Details

• Locations: Connecticut and Westchester County, NY
• Schedule: MondayFriday (~8-hour days)
• Duration: 3-week internship with option to add more weeks

Compensation

• Paid internship starting at $17.00/hour ( up to $23/hourbased on experience)
