In this strategic and customer-facing role, you will help communication service providers modernize their operations through innovative telecom software solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, guiding customers through solution design, implementation, and long-term success. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape scalable BSS/OSS architectures aligned with evolving telecom trends such as 5G monetization and AI-driven automation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and values customer impact. You’ll contribute directly to high-value engagements while influencing product direction and solution strategy. The environment is remote-first, flexible, and built around trust, autonomy, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to develop tailored telecom solution proposals aligned with customer objectives and technical ecosystems.
  • Lead customer-facing technical discussions, presentations, and workshops to build confidence in proposed solutions and implementation strategies.
  • Support the full customer engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery and proposal development through post-contract implementation and optimization.
  • Analyze customer feedback, operational challenges, and market trends to contribute to future product enhancements and broader solution capabilities.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts while maintaining strong long-term relationships.
  • Advocate for customer requirements internally across Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Provide industry expertise and strategic guidance around telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience designing, developing, or deploying telecom BSS/OSS solutions within telecom, mobile, web, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of telecom architectures, operational workflows, and emerging technologies including 5G monetization and AI-driven telecom solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and commercial teams in customer-facing solution architecture or consulting roles.
  • Background in software development, systems integration, or program management is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, metrics, and business insights to drive recommendations and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in remote and matrixed environments while balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and data management tools is considered an asset.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, especially for supporting customers in Spanish-speaking markets.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with salary ranges of approximately $157,000–$175,000 USD for U.S.-based employees and $146,000–$162,000 CAD for Canada-based employees.
  • Remote-first work environment offering flexibility and autonomy.
  • Comprehensive total rewards package including healthcare and additional employee benefits.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecom technologies and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on diversity, innovation, and employee wellbeing.
  • Access to learning opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, and career growth initiatives.
  • Supportive workplace committed to accessibility and reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process and employment journey.
  • Opportunity to contribute to initiatives supporting digital inclusion, fairness, and the open Internet.
