Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle for casino and integrated resort opportunities, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting major casino groups and flagship resort properties across domestic and global markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders across gaming operations, hospitality, finance, compliance, IT, and executive leadership teams.
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue growth objectives while ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined opportunity management.
  • Position revenue optimization and profitability solutions as strategic business drivers tailored to the unique operational challenges of casino environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to refine industry-specific messaging, go-to-market strategies, and client engagement approaches.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product roadmap development and competitive positioning.
  • Act as a strategic advisor throughout long and complex buying cycles while maintaining strong commercial and relationship management discipline.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in complex B2B environments with a successful track record of closing large-scale deals.
  • Strong background working with casinos, gaming hospitality organizations, or integrated resorts is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level decision-makers and leading strategic commercial discussions.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented and highly organized approach.
  • Familiarity with revenue management, analytics, or performance optimization technologies is considered a plus.
  • Experience working within global or matrixed sales organizations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Opportunity to own and grow a high-impact vertical within a rapidly evolving technology market.
  • Access to AI-powered tools and workflows designed to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment with strong executive support.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing hospitality technology organization.
  • Exposure to leading enterprise casino and resort brands across global markets.
  • Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Competitive compensation package and performance-driven career advancement opportunities.
