This role is ideal for a creative marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with high-performing copywriting skills to drive customer engagement and retention. You will develop compelling email, SMS, landing page, and advertising content that supports both retention and acquisition initiatives for a portfolio of eCommerce brands. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced remote environment, you will partner closely with strategists, designers, and project managers to ensure messaging consistency and measurable campaign impact. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational organization to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. You will leverage AI-powered tools and marketing insights to optimize campaign performance while maintaining strong brand alignment. - Develop and execute strategic content plans for email marketing and SMS campaigns across assigned client accounts.
- Write high-converting copy for retention and acquisition initiatives, including emails, SMS flows, landing pages, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Utilize AI-assisted systems and marketing tools to create efficient, conversion-focused campaign content.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance by reviewing grammar, spelling, tone, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and marketing best practices to improve campaign performance.
- Support onboarding activities and contribute to broader copywriting team initiatives and departmental goals.
- Stay organized with creative assets, project timelines, and campaign deliverables in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience writing email campaigns, ad copy, and marketing content for B2C or B2B brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful retention and acquisition campaigns across multiple formats.
- Experience within eCommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing environments is required.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and using performance data to optimize copy and campaigns.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, error-free content.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working remotely during standard business hours across U.S. time zones.
