Responsibilities

The Director, Global End-User Technology & Experience is responsible for the global strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-user computing, collaboration technologies, and corporate office technology standards across the firm. This role oversees desktop engineering, device management, audio-visual systems, telephony platforms, and technology enablement for new office openings and office relocations. The Director will lead a small, highly specialized global team and work closely with IT Support, IT Asset Management, Facilities, InfoSec, and cross functional IT teams to ensure a consistent, secure, and high-quality end-user experience across all corporate locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and own the global strategy for end-user computing, collaboration, and office technology services.
  • Establish global standards, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for user devices, operating systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Lead desktop engineering for Windows and macOS environments.
  • Oversee Microsoft Intune, End Point Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Implement global AV standards including Neat room systems, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Logitech technology devices.
  • Oversee telephony platforms including Cisco, GoTo, RingCentral, and Zoom.
  • Lead technology execution for new offices and office relocations.
  • Manage and develop a small global team and key vendors.
  • Manage Projects in Jira.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or 10 years relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Experience in a global, multi-office enterprise environment.
  • Strong expertise in endpoint management, AV, and telephony technologies.
  • Strong budget and vendor management skills.
  • Proven experience delivering office technology projects.
  • Experience supporting global user populations.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-experience mindset.
  • Compensation: $190,000 - $240,000
