Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Quality Control & Operations Administrator to support our Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams as we continue to scale our medical device operations.

This is a hands-on, coordination-heavy role for someone who thrives in structured environments and is comfortable contributing ideas to improve how those structures work. While adherence to documented procedures and regulatory requirements is non-negotiable, we value team members who can thoughtfully identify inefficiencies, raise improvement opportunities, and help evolve processes in a controlled and compliant way.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who takes ownership, follows through, communicates well across teams, and understands that in a regulated startup environment, process improvement and regulatory integrity must go hand in hand.

While this role reflects our current operational needs, we see it as a foundation for growth. As the company scales and the individual develops, there will be opportunities to expand scope and responsibility.

While the position is hybrid, there will be an expectation of being in the office more frequently during the initial onboarding and training period.
