Are you ideal for working as a Swim Lesson Instructor at the Leawood Aquatic?

• Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent?
• Are you 18 years of age OR older?
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills?
• Are you reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment?
• Are you ready to make some extra money for the summer?
• Do you have swimming experience?
• Do you enjoy working with kids and helping them learn?

As the Swim Lesson Instructor, you will work:

• Approximately 30 hours per week between 8:30 am -12:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
• Weekdays, nights, weekends, and one to two holidays.
• Swim Lessons run from June to July.

A few of the things you will be doing include:

• Plan and instruct group and/or private swim lessons at the Leawood Aquatic Center.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and track participant progress in swim lessons.
