We have a new opportunity for a full-time Residency Advisor at our 5 star CCRC in West Caldwell! This position offers a full range of benefits and a competitive salary!
- Works closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to achieve census goals.
- Collaborates, plans and helps to execute marketing events.
- Fulfills other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
Required: High School Diploma/GED
Preferred: BS/BA Degree
Experience: 1-2 years sales experience in a Life Plan/Independent Living Community or related environment.
Skill(s):
- 1Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in managing sales database.
- Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to think & exercise independent judgment when responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
- A self-starter, exercise discretion and independent judgment
- An enthusiastic person with sincerity and compassion for the senior population.
- Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail.
- Computer experience, CRM database a plus.
- 9. Dependable & have flexibility with work hours.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills in promotion and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals both internal & external to the Community.
General Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Residency Advisor, Director to achieve census goals.
- Effectively manages all leads in the CRM database from inquiry to closing.
- Collaborates, plans and helps to execute marketing events.
- Fulfills other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
