Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. In this role, you will assist in a wide range of legal tasks, including conducting research, drafting documents, reviewing contracts, and supporting the legal department in day-to-day operations. This internship will provide valuable exposure to corporate law, contract management, compliance, and more.This is an in-person role.

- Assist in conducting legal research on various topics
- Help draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and internal policies
- Assist in reviewing and summarizing contracts and other legal documents for key terms, risks, and compliance issues
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, records, and documents
- Help prepare presentations and reports for internal teams or external stakeholderS
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
- Gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and other legal areas.
- Develop research and drafting skills while working on real-world legal matters.
- Exposure to the internal workings of a corporate legal department.
- Learn how legal teams collaborate with business units to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- Networking opportunities with legal professionals and insights into the practice of law in a corporate setting.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field OR currently pursuing a J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree or equivalent law degree at an accredited law school.
- Understanding of legal principles, research methods, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous legal internship or coursework related to corporate law, compliance, or intellectual property is a plus but not required.
