Position Impact

Fast Help is hiring a Legal Intake Specialist for our Marietta, GA contact center. Fast Help is a legal referral service line operating under ProCo, LLC — a management services organization supporting integrated healthcare and legal services businesses across metro Atlanta. This is a full-time, inbound legal intake role focused on case qualification, patient education, and attorney placement.

When someone is injured in an accident and doesn't have an attorney, they call Fast Help. You answer. Your job is to qualify their case, educate them on their legal options, and connect them with the right attorney partner — quickly, accurately, and with care. This is not a law firm role. You are working on behalf of the patient, not screening cases for an attorney.

Base pay: $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Top performers earn $65,000 - $70,000 annually through our performance bonus structure.

What You'll Do

Intake & Placement:

• Handle inbound calls from injured patients — calls arrive directly from branded Fast Help channels or as warm transfers from our contact center

• Qualify each case — evaluating liability, injury severity, coverage gaps, and other relevant factors — and match the patient to the right attorney partner

• Educate patients on the motor vehicle accident process, insurance timelines, coverage limitations, and claim procedures — giving them the context they need to make confident decisions

• Educate patients on how attorney selection affects their case outcome and benefit protection, converting informed patients into confirmed placements

• Meet or exceed daily placement and conversion targets in a metrics-driven environment with clear performance expectations

Attorney Relationship Management:

• Own the attorney partner relationship on an ongoing basis — tracking firm quotas, managing placement thresholds, and ensuring contracts are current

• Represent Fast Help in quarterly attorney reviews and periodic firm meetings as the operational point of contact for our attorney partner network

Operate with Precision:

• Manage 20+ daily interactions across phone, text, and email with patients, clinic staff, paralegals, and law firms

• Maintain complete, audit-ready records across CRM, case management, and medical record platforms

What Success Looks Like

• Inbound cases are qualified and placed accurately and without delay

• Patients leave every interaction understanding their situation and confident in their next step

• Every attorney firm relationship is current, every threshold tracked, every contract issued on time

• Documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready without follow-up

• Placement and conversion targets are consistently met or exceeded

Who You Are

This role requires someone who can hold two things simultaneously: genuine care for an injured patient and a disciplined focus on case qualification and placement outcomes. The right candidate:

• Has worked in a high-volume environment where trust, urgency, and accuracy all matter at once — legal intake, insurance intake, patient advocacy, or referral coordination

• Is comfortable navigating emotionally sensitive conversations with injured patients while staying focused and professional

• Takes ownership of their numbers and consistently meets or exceeds placement and conversion targets

• Manages multiple active cases and relationships simultaneously without losing track of details

• Communicates clearly and professionally across a range of audiences — patients, paralegals, clinic staff, and attorneys

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years in legal intake, insurance intake, patient advocacy, referral coordination, or a related high-volume, outcome-driven role

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or placement targets

• Proficient in CRM and case management systems; experience with Excel and Google Workspace required

• Able to handle emotionally sensitive conversations involving injury and legal matters with composure and professionalism

Preferred:

• Background in personal injury, medical intake, legal services, or insurance

• Familiarity with attorney referral processes, medical liens, or PI case dynamics

• Bilingual Spanish/English — a significant advantage given our patient population

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $22.00 - $28.00/hr, commensurate with experience

• Performance bonus tied to placement and conversion metrics — top performers earn $65,000 - $70,000 annually
