As we continue to build out our global publishing team to support Linkby’s rapid growth in the US, UK and APAC markets, we’re looking for an all-guns-blazing Publisher Partnerships Coordinator to join our US team in New York, where most of our major publishing partners are based.Reporting to the Publishing Partnerships Lead - North America, and working closely with the wider global publishing team, this role will be responsible for supporting the growth of key publishers in the local market.This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team intent on disrupting the way the world’s most exciting digital media brands monetise their audiences, with a focus on high-quality e-commerce content that sits perfectly alongside publishers’ organic content.Please note that this is a hybrid role and three days are required in-office at our midtown office (Tues-Thurs).Responsibilities: Support Linkby’s portfolio of new and existing publishing partners in the US market as a trusted point-person, establishing seamless communication and support workflows from sign-on to scale-up (you’ll be assigned your own patch)Conduct onboarding and training sessions for publishing partners, guiding them through the Linkby dashboard, key product features, and addressing any product questions as they ariseManage and maintain Slack and email communication channels with key publishing partners and our internal sales team Build and maintain educational resources to share with the internal sales team, ensuring they are well-informed about our growing US publisher networkTrack, analyse and report on key data points for key publisher partners, using this to build strategic insights to report back to publishing partners in the form of monthly and quarterly performance review decksWork closely with key publishing partners to understand the e-commerce content that does and doesn’t perform, feeding that knowledge back to the sales team to translate into commercial opportunitiesPreferred Skills: 2+ years’ experience working in digital publishing (either in content or marketing)Strong analytical skills to monitor publisher performance and identify data trends that will be used both internally and externallyProven experience in analysing data to extract a story / pattern, and derive growth strategies from large data sourcesAn understanding of, and passion for, publisher business models and their unique challenges to drive both audience and revenue through contentProven communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to self-motivate in a hybrid work environmentCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary ($70,000-80,000/year)Competitive ESOP (employee stock ownership plan)Competitive 401k options with employer matchHealth insurance: optical, medical, dentalFree breakfast, snacks and happy hours at our office in MidtownRegular team get-togethers
