About This Position

Position Description:

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients every day? We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under the supervision of licensed nurses while helping create a safe, supportive, and healing environment for individuals served.

What You’ll Do

  • Take and record vital signs (including height, weight, intake, and output) and promptly report concerns to the nurse
  • Assist individuals served with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and individuals served activities
  • Support licensed nurses in monitoring individuals served status and reporting abnormalities
  • Clean, track, and store medical equipment and supplies appropriately
  • Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by following policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Participate in shift huddles, staff meetings, and orientation of new team members
  • What We’re Looking For

    Education & Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training course (required)
  • Experience

  • Knowledge of basic patient care methods, procedures, and techniques (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
  • Licenses/Certifications

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of practice (required)
