Nurse Assistant II (certified) at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – PLYMOUTH, Massachusetts

Position Description:

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients every day? We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under the supervision of licensed nurses while helping create a safe, supportive, and healing environment for individuals served.

What You’ll Do

Take and record vital signs (including height, weight, intake, and output) and promptly report concerns to the nurse

Assist individuals served with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and individuals served activities

Support licensed nurses in monitoring individuals served status and reporting abnormalities

Clean, track, and store medical equipment and supplies appropriately

Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by following policies, procedures, and safety standards

Participate in shift huddles, staff meetings, and orientation of new team members

What We’re Looking For

Education & Training

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training course (required)

Experience

Knowledge of basic patient care methods, procedures, and techniques (required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of practice (required)
