About the role
RADICL is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Business Assistant (EBA) to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This role is a critical execution partner within the executive office, helping ensure priorities, logistics, and administrative workflows run smoothly and reliably.
The Executive Business Assistant works closely with the Chief of Staff to support executive functions including calendar management, communications, scheduling, travel, and administrative operations. This is a high trust, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in bringing structure, clarity, and follow through to complex executive operations. As an early team member, you will work closely alongside an experienced founding team and have a meaningful impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of company leadership.

As a RADICL Executive Business Assistant, you will:
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to support and execute CEO calendar management, ensuring strong prioritization, time protection, and scheduling logic
- Execute scheduling updates, meeting coordination, and logistical adjustments aligned to CEO priorities
- Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agendas, preparation materials, logistics, and follow-ups
- Triage and route executive communications including email; draft light correspondence where appropriate
- Plan and manage detailed travel logistics and complete itineraries
- Maintain executive operating cadence through reminders, routines, and structured weekly workflows
- Provide personal administrative support as needed (appointments, logistics, errands)
Founder & Executive Team Support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the founding team, ensuring smooth execution, logistics, and preparation
- Schedule and coordinate cross functional meetings for the broader executive team, supporting alignment and efficient collaboration
- Provide administrative and logistical support that improves executive workflow and efficiency
Operational & Administrative Support
- Prepare and process executive expenses, reimbursements, receipts, and documentation
- Support internal meeting operations, including scheduling, room coordination, and materials logistics
- Provide logistical support for company meetings and events (materials preparation, scheduling, coordination, and onsite execution support — not content creation)
- Handle ad hoc administrative needs that keep the executive office running smoothly
Your skillset/experience should include:
- 3–7 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
- Strong calendar execution, communication handling, and logistical coordination skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Professional maturity and comfort handling confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and frequent context switching

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 110,000 USD per year(Boulder, CO)
