About This Position

We practice play-based, trauma-informed ABA aligned with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), inside an integrated care center where collaboration with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers is part of daily practice. Compensation and role design:
Base pay: $25.50 - $32.50/hour, with signing bonuses available upon offer! Additional bonuses available if you are planning on testing within 3 months
Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress. This is a full-time position.
This exciting opportunity is a role designed for individuals who are actively in their coursework to become a BCBA and are accruing practicum hours.
Support and training: Receive ongoing training and feedback from Local Clinical Trainer (BCBA) and other BCBAs in your center

Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform
Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs
Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset
Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT)
Training and coaching to be provided
Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soars in-house curriculum
Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist
Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic
Be a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists
Conduct direct client therapy (15-25 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program for ABA
Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam
Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist
Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning
Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy
Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback
