Armed Security Officer at North State Security Group LLC – Winston Salem, North Carolina

North State Security Group is seeking dependable and professional Armed Security Officers for multiple client sites in Winston-Salem. Both first and second shifts are available. Exact hours and days will be provided during the interview.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible, armed security presence
- Conduct foot patrols and/or vehicle patrols
- Monitor property for suspicious activity and safety hazards
- Enforce post orders, site rules, and company policies
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and incidents
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain firearm safety and proper weapon handling at all times
- Interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid Armed PPSB License
- Must qualify for and remain current with all firearms training standards
- Must demonstrate sound judgment, restraint, and command presence
- Must meet all weapons handling and use-of-force policy requirements
- Ability to operate independently and with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass all background checks and hiring requirements
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
