Job Title: Reporting & Audit Specialist

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting & Audit Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for pulling system reports, auditing data for accuracy, creating custom reports as requested, and distributing or assigning reports to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with data on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull daily, weekly, and monthly reports from internal systems

• Audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

• Create custom reports based on management or departmental requests

• Assign reports to appropriate team members when required

• Distribute reports via email to the correct recipients

• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings clearly

• Maintain organized records of reports and audit findings

• Meet reporting deadlines consistently
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous experience in reporting, auditing, data entry, or administrative roles required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable and punctual

• In office required-no remote work

• Ability to sit for long periods of time

• Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
