Warehouse Production Associate at Dennis K Burke Inc – Taunton, Massachusetts

Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Summary:

The Warehouse Production Associate is responsible for bulk consolidation and the production of bulk totes, drums, and pails for distribution as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily transfer of products in Q bin to like-warehouse bins

• Complete assigned production of totes, drums, and pails daily

• Responsible for proper product handling and labeling

• Responsible for proper recording of product transfer/meter tickets

• Assist in collecting empty totes for production using pallet jack

• Assist in physical inventory count

• Other duties as required

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED, with 1 year of experience in warehouse role

• Follow all safety protocols and standards

• Communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with employees and customers

• Familiar with, and understands barcoding processes

Physical Requirements:

• Able to bend, walk, climb, push, pull, reach

• Required to stand for long periods of time

• Able to lift 50lbs frequently, and up to 100lbs occasionally

• Dexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer including keyboard, mouse, and other equipment

Work Environment The environment may be noisy due to machinery and the movement of goods. Workers are expected to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and sometimes eye protection. May be exposed to varied temperatures at times outdoors and indoors (heat/cold).
