The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, and policy development. This role ensures HR practices align with company strategy, legal requirements, and a positive employee experience.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication, judgement, and problem-solving

Preferred

• HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)

• HRIS and data analysis experience
