This is a community-focused, people-first role — you’ll be outdoors connecting with homeowners, building relationships, and setting appointments. No marketing or sales experience? No problem — we provide full training and coaching so you can succeed.

• Earn $30–$50/hour ($15/hr base + commission & bonuses)
• Work 14–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling, but must be able to work at least 2 full weekday shifts per week)

What You Need:
