About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Staff Nurse plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within a healthcare setting. This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures to support treatment plans. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment within the United States.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing principles, patient care techniques, and medication administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hospital, long-term care facility, or outpatient clinic setting.
• Additional certifications such as IV therapy, wound care, or geriatric nursing.

Responsibilities:
