How you will make an impact:
As an RN Nurse Manager in a senior living facility, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading clinical excellence and fostering a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care. By mentoring and supporting nursing staff, you help build a confident, skilled team that delivers safe and consistent outcomes. Your leadership directly influences quality measures, regulatory compliance, and overall resident satisfaction. Most importantly, you play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of residents by ensuring they receive dignified, personalized care in a supportive environment.

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Participates in on-call rotation pool


Position Requirements:

  • Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Supervisory Experience Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
