Job Description
We are a dental implant manufacturing and distribution company seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for achieving results. This role will report directly to and primarily support the Education Manager.
This role supports daily operations and helps drive sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating education and marketing materials, supporting the sales team, and assisting dental continuing education events. The position also involves maintaining CE records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with communication and logistics for CE events.
Requirements
• Goal-oriented and solution-focused, with or without deadlines
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Eager to learn and quick to grasp new concepts
• Capable of physically lifting up to 75lbs to assist with shipments related to education activities
• Experience with marketing tasks such as social media content creation, writing and editing of email marketing, websites, brochures is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the USA without limitation or restrictions
Responsibilities:
• Manage, ship, track, and receive education inventory and assets
• Assist administrative support
• Support continuing education events – material preparation, CE documentation
• Support various aspects of continuing education and event coordination
• Assist the Education Manager with data collection, analyses, and reporting
• Communicate with internal and external parties to complete assigned tasks
• Collaborate with other department team members to support departmental projects
