Job Description:
Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for Blackbaud CRM users. Additional responsibilities include managing communications and maintaining relationships with CRM users to ensure adherence to SOPs and to identify opportunities for process improvement. This position will also collaborate with the Technology Training team in ITS to incorporate their best practices for training. Training programs may also be required for the broader IA Operations Team as needs develop for other platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led training (ILT) curricula for BBCRM.
  • Conduct BBCRM training sessions including constituent and event areas.
  • Create and maintain training rubrics, script outlines, assessments, and reference materials.
  • Assess staff competency and coordinate with users to reinforce training and identify process improvement needs.
  • Collaborate with IT Technology Training team to keep training programs aligned with institutional best practices.


Required Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education, training or experience which fulfills the needs of the College
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs or instructional materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Blackbaud CRM
  • Experience with Canvas or similar LMS platform
  • Background in instructional design, adult education, or curriculum development
