We are seeking a Medical Assistant – Pediatrics to support both clinical and administrative functions within our care team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for children and families.

• Patient intake and documentation in EHR (EPIC)
• Prepare patients and assist providers during exams
• Administer vaccines and perform basic clinical procedures
• Draw blood and complete screenings as directed
• Support daily huddles and care team coordination
• Schedule follow-ups and assist with patient flow
• Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant exam rooms
• Ensure accurate and timely task completion
• Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited school with a Medical Assistant Certification
• Current BLS certification
• New grads welcome

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic medical terminology knowledge
• Comfortable using EHR systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
