Senior Executive / Assistant Manager at KSB GIW Inc. – Pimpri

Responsible for reading the Enquiry (Tender) Specification, Selection of centrifugal pumps, Costing & Pricing as per guideline/ costing approval authority matrix for the Firm Enquiries for Water, Desalination and Reverse Osmosis market segment.

Accessing the Quality and inspection scope and requirement of the Technical specification and accordingly prepare the QCP if requirements are more than the standard QAP. Getting the approval of QCP from PMPS/ Engineering and QM department.

Giving support to the respective sales Engineer or customer for the specific queries on techno – commercial issues for the Budgetary offers.

Participate in the techno- commercial discussion and negotiation along with the Front Sale Engineers.

Co-ordination with KSB AG or Group of companies for imported range of Products for the Waste Water application for South and West Zone.

In event of Order, review of Indent and customer Contract (Purchase Order) with to the Offer submitted to the Sales Office and handing over the indent, PO and Submitted documents to COP for Order processing and execution.

Co-ordinating for the Post requirement/ changes between sales office/ customer and Commercial Order Processing Department for Commercial implication if any.
