At Ally Psychiatry, you will find a physician-led organization that understands what it takes to build a fulfilling, long-term practice. We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska, for a 100% outpatient role in partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).

This is a Monday–Friday position with no call, treating both children and adults, with a primary focus on patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. It’s a really nice blend of meaningful work, a supportive team, and a predictable schedule. This position will start with supervision of midlevel providers and part time outpatient work, with the possibility of growing into a full-time position.

Compensation: W2 or 1099

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s clinical needs.

• Provide evidence-based medication management while monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting care as appropriate.

• Collaborate with therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Engage patients and families with empathy and education, fostering therapeutic relationships that support long-term stability and wellness.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry with an active (or eligible) Nebraska medical license.

• Experience with patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities preferred.
