Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous and timely manner

- Assist residents with menu selections and special dietary needs

- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming

- Monitor residents’ comfort and address any immediate needs during meal service

- Follow safety and sanitation standards in food handling and service

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth dining operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
