What You’ll Do

• Coordinate schedules for HHAs, LPNs, and RNs
• Ensure all client cases are fully staffed
• Handle call-outs, shift changes, and urgent coverage needs
• Communicate daily with caregivers and clients
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to client needs and availability
• Manage real-time scheduling changes and resolve conflicts
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams
• Ensure smooth, uninterrupted care delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of scheduling or staffing experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with scheduling software or workforce systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
