Forklift Operator at Warehouse Labor – Edison, New Jersey

Job Title: Forklift Operator (Reach Truck)
Location: Edison, NJ
Pay Rate: $18-$20

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator with strong Reach Truck experience to join our team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and accurately within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Trucks and other forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products
• Safely handle materials while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Pick and put away inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of Reach Truck operating experience required
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
