Are you someone who enjoys working with people but isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed? We’re looking for a reliable, versatile team member who can deliver great guest service while also supporting hotel operations across departments.
This is not your typical front desk role — this is a hands-on, team-first position for someone who takes pride in keeping the hotel running smoothly.
Position OverviewAs a GSA 3, you will primarily support the front desk, while also assisting with housekeeping, laundry, and general property operations as needed. This role is essential to maintaining service standards during weekends, high occupancy, call-outs, and team coverage gaps.
You are the type of person who says “I got it” — whether it’s checking in a guest, cleaning a room, or helping resolve an issue on property.
