Foster Care and Permanency Manager at KidsPeace Childrens Hospital – Chalfont, Pennsylvania

The Foster Care and Permanency Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and the treatment team, and for the oversight and management of referrals and admissions, treatment/services to clients, foster family development, hiring, and personnel management. The Program Manager/Permanency Supervisor ensures compliance with all statutory, licensing, and accreditation requirements, mitigates risk, and serves in the on-call rotation. The Program Manager/Permanency Supervisor will provide a full range of adoption/permanency services at designated FCCP sites, as well as provide supervisory and administrative support to the Permanency Program Manager. The position requires work with both children and adults working toward permanency.
