Role Description
We are looking for a Production Testing Engineer to join our team.
You will report to the Sr. Production Engineering Manager
Location
Working at least 4 days a week from the office in Caesarea
What you will be doing:
Responsibility of testing and validation of products from prototypes to production Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing products Setup test stations, install, validate and implement into production Leading projects into production full responsibility Analyzing data and yield metrics to identify improvements efficiently and cost reduction Generate full reporting, presentations with detailed analysis, corrective actions and follow-up Reading electrical schemas and data sheets Support R&D and Production activities. Work closely with ATE and HW teams Overseeing production to ensure meeting standards specifications
What you should have:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent 3+ years of hands-on experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment (networking industry is preferred) RF knowledge, experience with lab equipment and measurement devices such as Network and Spectrum Analyzer Team player, proactive, initiative and motivated Strong project micro-management skills, independence Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint Goal-oriented to meet targets and due dates Good English (reading, writing and speaking)
