Nurtury is seeking a Classroom Support Coach to coach teaching teams on routines, structure, and how to best implement behavioral support for the children in our care. You’ll model best practices, create action plans, observe and document progress, and guide teachers in building positive, inclusive learning environments.

What You’ll Do:

Coach and mentor teaching teams Develop and support action plans based on classroom needsEncourage reflective practice and promote ownership of classroom managementModel strong communication and planning between teaching teamsConduct classroom observations Work with Program Directors to identify priority classroomsEnsure policies are followed and report concerns promptly

You:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Education, Special Education, or a related fieldAre experienced with 3+ years as a Lead Early Educator or in Early Intervention/ABA settingsHave experience with the Pyramid Model frameworkAre skilled at supporting inclusive classrooms and diverse learning needsAre organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
