Nurtury is seeking a Family Partner to connect families with resources, support their engagement, and strengthen the family component of our Early Learning Centers. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for families, coordinate with community partners, and help families navigate early education, health, and social services.

What You’ll Do:

Support families with enrollment, health, and early learning needsTrack attendance, goals, and progress in our systemsProvide one-on-one guidance and facilitate parent programsConnect families with community resources and referralsCollaborate with educators and represent Nurtury in the communityPrepare reports and maintain accurate records

You:

Hold an Associate’s Degree or higher in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field. Have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting families from diverse or underserved communitiesAre knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resourcesAre culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential informationAre tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platformsAre Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferredAre comfortable with local travel
