Payroll Associate (Customer service experience +1y) at Distro – Bogotá

Responsible for accurate processing and recording of client payrolls.

Provides expert customer service and care.

Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.

Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance.

Understand proper payroll taxation.

Calculate and process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.

Process timely and accurate quarter-end and year-end reports.

Provide ad hoc reports to clients.

Work with clients in various payroll environments for time & attendance, payroll processing, and reporting.

Resolve client payroll and system queries.

Manage client projects and coordinate payroll activities from start to finish.

Respond promptly to client calls and inquiries.

Deliver the highest level of customer service, including follow-up and accountability.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.

Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
