  • Independent Clinical Decision-Making: Ability to prioritize and manage complex hematology and oncology cases independently, exercising sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborative Care: On other days, collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team with APPs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, sharing decision-making responsibilities and ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Balance of Autonomy & Teamwork: Flexibility to transition between independent clinical decision-making and collaborative teamwork depending on the needs of the patients and the team.

Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
