Commack - RN's and LPNs Needed for Pediatric Home Care at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Commack, New York

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver for a sweet and cheerful 15-year-old female with complex medical needs. She is cortically visually impaired—she has visual capability, but her brain has difficulty processing visual information. She is non-verbal, non-ambulatory, and developmentally delayed, and requires total assistance with all activities of daily living. She is unable to sit independently and receives her nutrition through a gastrostomy tube (G-tube). Despite her challenges, she is very aware of her surroundings and frequently expresses herself with smiles and joyful interactions.

Shifts Avail:
Days: Saturday and Sunday 10am – 6pm

Requirement:
Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
