Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Unarmed Security Rover with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have openings in our Philadelphia, PA location

Schedule: Open

Pay: $22-$24

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Greet and assist residents and guests, identifying the purpose of their visit and providing a welcoming experience.
• Conduct regular building walk-throughs, scanning designated checkpoints and reporting any irregularities, suspicious activity, or safety concerns.
• Perform interior and exterior inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building standards; promptly report issues to management.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property to deter theft, misconduct, and rule violations.
• Complete clear, accurate, and timely incident and activity reports as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting a safe and secure environment for all residents and guests.
• Assist management with resident requests and support building operations as needed.
• Address and resolve resident or guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the lead concierge and management regarding daily operations and notable events.
• Respond to inquiries about neighborhood services, amenities, and local resources.
• Conduct scheduled vehicle patrols using the company vehicle, performing exterior tours of the property and surrounding areas to enhance safety, monitor conditions, and identify potential concerns.

• Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and conduct foot patrol and fix post
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
