Endeavor Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor of Clinical Services to support the daily operations of behavioral health services at our clinic located at 1131 Broadway. This leadership role partners closely with the Program Manager of Clinical Services to ensure timely, equitable access to care while maintaining compliance, quality standards, and staff development.
This location serves forensically connected individuals from a variety of referral sources, including U.S. Probation, the Bureau of Prisons, New York State Parole, County Probation Departments, and the Courts. Candidates must have a genuine interest in working with a diverse adult population experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges, including individuals involved in the forensic system.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily program operations, including staffing coordination, scheduling, access, and triage to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor team caseloads, productivity, and schedules while identifying barriers to care and recommending solutions
- Oversee service quality, ensuring documentation, compliance, and treatment effectiveness meet agency and regulatory standards
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to staff to foster accountability and professional growth
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical documentation, audits, and service delivery practices
- Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 60 services per month, prioritizing high-risk or high-need individuals
- Facilitate or co-facilitate 1–2 therapeutic groups weekly based on program needs
- Support staff development through training, mentorship, and career growth planning
- Partner with leadership to prepare for audits, corrective action plans, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OMH, OASAS, CCBHC, HIPAA, and agency standards
- Respond to crisis situations and support staff with risk management and de-escalation strategies
- Collaborate across departments to strengthen workflows, improve outcomes, and enhance client engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced degree required; LCSW, LMHC, or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time paid experience in behavioral health treatment
- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of OMH, OASAS, and CCBHC regulations
- Proven ability to coach, support, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in organizational management, quality improvement, and compliance oversight preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:$58,288 - $70,757/annually (based on experience and credentials)
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
